REASONS NOT TO EAT
1. TASTE is a temporary desire. When you satisfy it, it simply grows. THIN is a constant desire. When you satisfy it, it shrinks. You can only pick one- which make mores sense to satisfy?
2. Because tomorrow it will be easier to resist... if you eat that, tomorrow will be harder.
3. So you're not scared to step on the scale tomorrow.
4. So you won't have to cry in your bed after the lights go out.
5. Because you're really just thirsty.
6. Because your insides are CLEAN right now. Do you really want to dirty them again?
7. Because you're not thin yet, are you?
THOSE WHO CAN LOSE THE WEIGHT DO. THOSE WHO CAN'T MAKE EXCUSES.
